He is a small purple worm with black cat ears, a pink nose like Squidward's, and green lips. He has the ability to grow a second head.

He appears in the background numerous times during the episode, following SpongeBob and Squidward around RandomLand. He later appears at the very end of the episode, where he goes through the iris circle, grows a second head, and shows his teeth with the "end" sign to the viewers, ending the episode.
Trivia[]
- The worm breaks the fourth wall at the end of the episode by showing its teeth to the viewers with the word "end" on them.
- It resembles the style and Marky's design from Oggy and the Cockroaches.
