Walter the Waiter is a character who first appears in The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie book and later in the movie of the same name. He works as a bartender at Goofy Goober's Ice Cream Party Boat, and he, like many other store workers, thinks that SpongeBob and Patrick are extremely annoying and disrespectful. He has to make a lot of Triple Gooberberry Sunrises for them.
Description
He is a dark green fish who wears a pink-striped uniform and a white apron with a red bow-tie. He also wears a peanut and a boater hat on his head.
Personality
He seems to have an attitude very similar to Squidward. He does not seem to enjoy his job and seems tired while working there. He also finds SpongeBob and Patrick annoying because of how inconsiderate and childish they acted when eating the sundaes.
Role in series
The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie
He serves several Triple Gooberberry Sunrises to SpongeBob and Patrick while getting excess ice cream drippings spat at him in the process. He later wakes SpongeBob and Patrick up the next morning and tells them to leave.

He appears as an enemy, and his broom that he used to clean up in the movie is his weapon.
"Patnocchio"
Walter appears when Patnocchio and Plankton walk into the Goofy Goober's Ice Cream Party Boat. Both Patnocchio and Plankton wreck the place and the waiter at first cheers them on. Later, Patnocchio and Plankton destroy many ice cream dispensers, which all gets on him and looks like a snowman. He looks down at both Patnocchio and Plankton and has burning ice cream in his eyes. He then kicks both Patnocchio and Plankton out of the restaurant.

- He has an attitude similar to Lou.
- His name is Walter, as revealed in the PC version of The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie game. This name is used in the game but not in the movie or series.
