Despite being one of the most praised show runners, Vincent Waller has been in several controversial subjects over the course of his years working on the series. The first out of many of these includes the topic of popular discussion from the community, and in which that he is the main individual to blame in what many people consider to be the show's decrease in quality, particularly in Seasons 7 & 8. Another aspect of controversy that many fans of the series bring up is his political agenda on Twitter, as many fans have stated that he "brainwashes younger viewers from the overall audience". The last important subject of controversial debate is Vincent Waller defending John Kricfalusi, the creator of another Nickelodeon series, 'The Ren & Stimpy Show', for his sexual harassment allegations that have been trending on social media sites lately ever since it started to go out to the public a few years ago.
