Today, March 5th, marks the 1st wikiversary of former assistant TheInternetRuinedMyLife. He came a long way throughout his 4 months on ESB and we are all sad to see him go.

I discovered this user after seeing this in the recent activity, and what the opener said in the review sounded legit, so I just had to visit his profile, and after looking through all his productive contributions, I was extremely sad to see him blocked.

I highly doubt that he ever trolled and created socks; I honestly think that those trolls who claim to be him are just impersonation accounts trying to make him look bad. I mean, this isn't the kind of behavior we would expect from a former assistant. Plus, we've had troll impersonation problems on ESB before, so I think this is the case. I'm pretty sure he actually did unfortunately get hacked, the same thing happened to MightyMorphinJon too. So, why didn't anyone ask for an IP check back when this drama occurred to finalize the determination of whether or not he actually trolled? I think I'll bring this up to the admins and let them decide if he really is innocent and should have another chance.

Anyways, what I love so much about this user is his amazing edits: there is so much effort put into them. I admire his variety and dedication to following the manual of style. He also created many important pages that we always needed before but never had, such as SpongeBob's pants and Squidward's workstation.

He made good edits the moment he joined and I admire his editing style that he took from other wikis and tried to incorporate into ESB whether or not they agreed with it. His negotiations and presuasions were intriguing. I agree with a moderate amount of what he said in ESB:Proposals/Give this wikia a major cleaning. I would treat him like king and this is the kind of guy I'd like to be friends with.

I also found his unpopular opinions, such as him liking "Pet Sitter Pat" and "Yours, Mine and Mine," very unique.

Farewell TheInternetRuinedMyLife. You have brought us many great contributuons that we will never forget and we'd like to thank you for all your time that you dedicate here for the time being. Hopefully you'll get another chance to return someday, as I highly doubt those trolls were you. I am extremely sad to hear about all the drama you faced, and shame on those troll/impersonation accounts of you who ruined your chances of returning. I truly believe you are still innocent.
