Man, I'm running out of ideas for intros.
The Original Fry Cook[]
This episode is one that I still find to be alright, but I would rate this one higher because the writers could have done a bit more with the plot. I really like this episode's whole concept of there being a whole new side to the Krusty Krab and how there was a fry cook before SpongeBob. The problem is that I wouldn't call this episode that interesting since most of it consists of dialogue. However, the flashbacks here I find to be really funny and they bring the episode up a bit. This one definitely had the potential to be an amazing episode, but due to the fact that Jim isn't that memorable of a character and this episode isn't the most interesting, but it has enough good qualities in it for me to give it a low good.

Night Light[]
You know, I could see this episode working out way better as one of those 4-minute season 5 shorts.
This episode's plot is basically just SpongeBob buying night lights because he's afraid of the dark. But since this doesn't sound like the plot for an 11-minute episode, they instead have to throw in tons of filler. One of the things I dislike about this episode is how it overexaggerates SpongeBob's fear of the dark to the point where he's afraid of BLINKING because he sees darkness. Then we get a bunch of repetitive scenes with SpongeBob finding some dark area in his house and buying a night light. Pretty much everything after this point is filler. There are some pretty random parts of this episode like Patrick coming over to SpongeBob's house for a "party."
The thing the mostly drags down this episode though, is how lazily this one shoves Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy into the episode. This just shows that the episode has pretty much lost all its plot direction because there's absolutely NO reason why they need to be here at all. Yeah, I really didn't like this one mostly because the first half is pretty repetitive and the second half is just random things happening. Really bad episode.
