Because The Loud House is trash. Thanks for attention.
Keep in mind, everything in this blog is just my opinion, not facts. If you disagree, it's fine. I respect your opinions. Otherwise, I wouldn't share mine. Also, I'd like to warn you that reading this blog might result in waste of time. So be sure to either have time to read it all or make breaks in reading.

==Humor==

Honestly, I find ''Harvey Beaks'' funnier than ''The Loud House''. I laugh a lot more when I watch Harvey's adventures even though they're more plot-centered than humor-centered. In my opinion, ''The Loud House'' jokes are just a bit funny and give me a little laugh or they're simply bland, but the show uses humor all the time. ''Harvey Beaks'' doesn't use that much humor but the jokes are hilarious, and I can't help but laugh out loud (no pun intended) at most of them. It might be a shock for some, but this point goes to ''Harvey Beaks'', even though ''The Loud House'' is the humor-centered one.

Remember what made ''SpongeBob SquarePants'' famous? Excellent comedy. I wouldn't say ''The Loud House'' is popular because of humor or I just can't appreciate it enough. SpongeBob jokes at the time when it became a hit were very clever and hilarious. The humor is not everything that caused SpongeBob's success, though. I'll get to that later.

==Plot==

''Harvey Beaks'' focuses on plot and ''The Loud House'' focuses on humor, even though I find the former more humorous. Therefore, ''Harvey Beaks'' does better plots. I find them more interesting and amusing. ''The Loud House'' plots are all cliche. I can watch Harvey over and over without getting sick of it and still laugh a lot. I get tired of The Loud House episodes after like two times. Also, The Loud House episodes are repetitive and predictable. I feel like I watched the whole show after a couple of episodes because they are so similar - Lincoln wants to do something on his own, sisters get in his way, he has a plan, then one of the sides messes things up and makes it up for the other side. I'd forgive that if the comedy was better. It would get my attention away from overused plots. I'm wondering what the movie (yes, The Loud House Movie in 2020) will be about if almost every episode is identical. The show does have some different episodes like the one where Lincoln teaches Leni how to drive, or the one where Bobby (Lori's boyfriend) spends more time with Lincoln making Lori jealous, but other than that, it's the same formula over and over.

Now, what's another thing that increased SpongeBob's popularity? The concept of creatures living underwater but acting like humans who can even light fire and have their own beach underwater (which also adds up to the humor). It wasn't something you'd see every day. ''The Loud House'' just feels like a cliched sitcom, I don't see the "special thing" there. Also, there was another animated show in late 2000s about a boy who always has a plan and talks to viewers, ''Angelo Rules''. Perhaps you've heard of it before, but it's an European series, so I don't expect you to know it. Honestly, I don't know if the show still produces new episodes. But ''The Loud House'' shares many similarities, despite the fact that Angelo had only one little brother. The problems he dealt with were usually something about school.

==Characters==

''Harvey Beaks'' characters are much more likeable. Every character is great in their own way. They're all different and unique. And no, the main cast doesn't consist of only three characters: Harvey, Fee, and Foo. I count the other kids (Dade, Piri Piri, Technobear, etc.) and Harvey's parents (plus little sister since season 2) as main characters too, because they often have important roles. Usually, at least one of them is in episode with at least secondary role if not major. Recurring characters, like Randl or Jeremy, are also great. Most of them are actually more interesting than it seems. My personal favorite is Fee - the wild girl with pink hair. It was hard to pick between her and Harvey, but I finally got it after one season.

I guess I discussed ''Harvey Beaks'' characters enough. Now, ''The Loud House'' characters. I like all the 12 characters (yes, Clyde IS a character). However, they're not always likeable. Each sister has at least one mean moment, especially Lori and Lola. Lincoln is also selfish often, but he has keep up 10 different sisters, so I don't blame him. And that's not the actual problem. ''Harvey Beaks'' characters have their moments too, like Moff in the musical special (no more spoilers). My main problem about ''The Loud House'' characters? They're all stereotypes, excluding Lincoln. Their personalities are not original which makes the show even more cliche. There is a dumb blonde (my personal favorite), a musician, a tomboy, a comedian, a goth. The list goes on. As I just said, my favorite character is Leni, the dumb blonde. She's surprisingly very funny. Also, she's the nicest character in the show, rarely has mean moments. However, even Leni got one or two unlikeable moments, but I don't mind them if they're minor. The episodes where the siblings fight for something little like the one where they fight over seat in the car or "Brawl in the Family" (the title says it all) leave a bad taste in my mouth. Don't ever do an episode where everyone is unlikeable for the whole thing.

==Animation==

As far as I love the comic book-esque animation in ''The Loud House'' (I like to pretend that Lincoln, as a comic book fan, sees the world that way), I like ''Harvey Beaks'' animation better due to more detailed beautiful backgrounds and it just has some special charm that makes the show so great. Plus, Harvey uses digital ink-and-paint, while Loud House is animated in Flash (well, actually in Toon Boom, but it's essentially the same). Come to think about it, ink-and-paint needs much more effort and work, and is more professional. Flash, Toon Boom, or any other kind of computer animation is cheaper and faster to produce. Both shows have awesome animation, but Harvey crew had to work on it harder, so they need at least a little credit for that.

==Music==

Oh boy, Harvey soundtrack is fantastic. It's beautiful for my ears and it's one of the things that make the show really special and wonderful. The Loud House music... it's nice to hear APM music from time to time, but I can recall only one original soundtrack from the show - that music used in nearly every title card. If you watch ''The Loud House'' regularly, you know which one I mean. It fits the show very well, but it's not exactly my cup of tea.

==Relatability==

''Harvey Beaks'' is more relatable to me. It's like my childhood all over again. I can connect to some stories, like the one where Harvey is afraid to jump out of a tree after climbing on it, or the one when he wants a pet. Every kid had gone through this at some point.

Many people claim that ''The Loud House'' is very relatable. I disagree. I guess it is relatable to people in big families or even with one sibling, but I'm the only child, so I'm not able to connect with the stories. At all. Sure, Clyde is the only child, but there's not even one episode that really focuses on the character. He's just there to hang out with Lincoln and nose bleed whenever he sees Lori so far. Hoping for an episode about Clyde. ''Harvey Beaks'' has something for everyone because not every episode is about Harvey, despite the show's name (it was supposed to be ''Bad Seeds'', but had to be changed due to copyright). ''The Loud House'' needs more episodes that are not focusing on The Loud Family. Not every episode has to be about them.

==Conclusion==

And the winner is... <s>Princess</s> Harvey (write #harveybeaks if you get the reference). For all the reasons I explained above, Harvey will always be the true superior show in my book. But, I wouldn't really care which show is more popular. AT ALL. I wouldn't mind. That is, if Nickelodeon renewed both shows, not just The Loud House. As far as I'm aware, two good new shows are better than one. I really wanted to see more episodes of ''Harvey Beaks''. I don't ask for 12 seasons, I just wanted the show to have season 3. But what will we do? Nick will never learn. If the veteran animator, one of the writers who made SpongeBob famous ([[C.H. Greenblatt]], ''Harvey Beaks'' creator) says they suck, they really should think about it. Because it's true, I denied to admit it for years, but now I see the truth: Nickelodeon blows. Not the shows (animated ones, sitcoms suck), the way they treat the shows.

I'm just glad ''The Loud House'' is not going to get canned any soon. Even though I don't think it deserves that much praise. Sadly, if the show was a little less popular, it would already air new episodes on Nicktoons, but really, they ordered a movie when the show wasn't even one year old. The books are in plans as well. Isn't that too far? The show is not that iconic yet. It's just lucky. If you'll say "SpongeBob" in front of random people in the street, they'll perfectly know what do you mean - "Oh yeah, dat yellow sponge." I don't think ''The Loud House'' is popular to this point yet. But maybe some day if you say "Lincoln Loud," people will think "Oh yeah, dat guy with white hair." But not today. I'm still happy for the show's success. Congratulations, The Loud House crew! You proved Nickelodeon that new show can have as good ratings as SpongeBob. Not like it will change Nick's attitude, but it's a great achievement.

Introduction

Hi, everyone! Recently, many people on the internet were claiming that Nickelodeon is improving thanks to two shows: The Loud House and Harvey Beaks. Most of them like the former much better while the latter is barely talked about, excluding the show's small fanbase.

I bet you're all wondering what this blog post is doing here on the encyclopedia about SpongeBob. But does anyone read Nickipedia? I just felt like I had to express how I feel about this.

So, I like both shows. But which show do I like more? (drum roll) Harvey is better! Harvey is better! Harvey is better! I said it. I'm one of the few people who like Harvey Beaks more than The Loud House. Now, I'm going to discuss both shows and explain why I like Harvey more.
