He is a bright orange cave fish who wears a raggedy dark brown farmer's hat that cover up his eyes, a white shirt under blue overalls, and dark brown shoes.

Unknown "Y" 4 has appeared in only one episode so far, as well as having an online game appearance as well. He was firstly designed to be one of the many trenchbillies in the trenchbilly family.
