Description[]
He is an overweight pale pink fish with dark pink lips who wears a navy blue shirt, dark blue shorts, a red handkerchief around his neck, and a white sailor's hat.
Role in series[]
Unknown "Navy" 7 has only appeared in two episodes so far. Like all "Navy" incidentals, he was firstly portrayed to be one of the Navy buddies at Mr. Krabs' Navy reunion. He has yet to have his own speaking role.

He is one of the many Navy buddies attending the Navy reunion at the Bikini Bottom Convention Hall.
"Frozen Face-Off"[]
He is part of Mr. Krabs' old pirate crew from his flashback where they get devoured by the abominable snow mollusk.
