Unknown "Navy" 1 is an unknown "Navy" incidental who first appears in the episode "Shell of a Man."
Description[]
He is a short greenish yellow fish with a darker colored dorsal fin, with squiggly line and spot details on him. His eyes have dark periwinkle pupils, that have bags under them. He wears brown pants with a dark brown belt, and a gold buckle, and a small blue sailor cap.
Role in series[]
Unknown "Navy" 1 has made a few appearances throughout the series so far. He was firstly designed to be one of the Navy buddies at Mr. Krabs' Navy reunion party. In future episodes he has been portrayed as a muscular character who can be seen among other muscular characters and as a regular citizen of Bikini Bottom.

He appears as an umpire when Incidental 107 catches a parachuting Krabby Patty in his mouth.

He is one of the customers waiting in line for a frozen Krabby Patty. After Perch Perkins gobbles up all the Krabby Patties bought by him along with the other customers, he chases after Perkins along with the rest of the angry customers.
