William Osborne "Tuck" Tucker III (August 20, 1961 – December 22, 2020; aged 59) was a former SpongeBob SquarePants crew member who worked on the show from late 2004 until 2013.
Biography[]
Tucker grew up in a small town, Lynchburg, Virginia.[1] Outside of SpongeBob, Tucker is best known for his contributions to Hey Arnold!. He has also worked on Clarence and Camp Lazlo, among multiple other series. He passed away on December 22, 2020. The cause of death is currently undisclosed.

- In February 2013, Tucker showed the animatic for "The Splinter" to students at Virginia Tech, who were then asked to write their own endings for the episode.[1]
- His daughter was one of the children voices in the theme song.[2]
- He is the second member of the show to pass away, aside from voice actors and guest voice actors, behind Stephen Hillenburg.
- He was one day older than series creator Stephen Hillenburg.
