Treasure chests are collectible items that appear in The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie video game.
Description[]
The treasure chest is made of brown wood, with gray metal on the chests' edges. On its front, there are four latches attached to the lid. They hop in one place and have a green glow in all levels.

Trivia[]
- Out of all the extras, videos appear the most, with 14 extras, and costumes appear the least, with four extras.
- No level has more than five treasure chests in it.
- They are similar to Patrick's socks from Battle for Bikini Bottom and Battle for Bikini Bottom: Rehydrated, as both are collectibles scattered throughout the game. However, unlike the socks, the treasure chest cannot be traded in for an award; the socks do not grant the player access to unlockables either.
