The tough guy is a minor character who makes several cameo appearances throughout the series. He is also one of the enemies in the SpongeBob SquarePants levels in the DS version of Nicktoons Unite! In that game, he and the others who look like him are referred to as "bullies."
Description
He is an olive-green fish who has a big, muscular figure with tattoos dotted all around his body. He has orange hair made into "spikes." He wears headphones.

"Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy IV"
Tough guy appears in this episode as a customer in the Krusty Krab. When Squidward tries to give him his order, SpongeBob makes him spill the food on the tough guy's face. Tough guy then punches Squidward in the face for the incident.
"Krabby Land"
Tough guy reappears in this episode, where SpongeBob hires him to help stall the children. He also calls his friend, tough gray fish, later.
"To Love a Patty"
He speaks for the first time. Squidward gives Patty to the tough guy and SpongeBob saves her and replaces the patty with his shoe. Tough guy says he loves grilled shoe and happily eats it.
