Description[]
He is a short green fish with a red cap, a brown tool belt and darker green fins. His color palette resembles that of Incidentals 25 and 26. He appears to be always facing away from the camera.

He can be seen at the beginning of the episode when the Bikini Bottomites are making a commercial for the Krusty Krab.
