Synopsis[]
Patrick is walking downtown when he smells hotdogs from a grill at a kid's birthday party. He crashes the party and eats all the food. The mother tries to spray him with water to get him away, but washes the makeup off a clown's face. The clown chases Patrick with tongs, but slips on the cake and crashes into the bounce house, making it explode. Patrick walks away before anyone can catch him, but the kids actually loved having Patrick there.
Patrick arrives home and sees Squidina taking a bunch of calls requesting that Patrick attend their birthday parties too. Patrick wants to attend all of them himself, but Squidina explains there are too many for him to attend, and he still has to do the show. She gets the idea to use the time closet to get multiple Patricks to attend the parties.
At the next kids' party, Pat the Hapless shows up dressed as Patrick, but the kids can tell it's not really him. When the pinata is raised, Pat is reminded of a dragon he fought once, and ends up ravaging it and the entire backyard. The kids cheer.
A commercial advertises Patrick showing up to parties, which is shown to be at Shady Shoals Rest Home. Pat-Tron shows up and tells jokes that end up offending the elders. Another pinata is raised, and Pat-Tron blasts it with his lasers, revealing diapers, eyeglasses, and dentures for the elders.
At Lady Upturn's mansion, Cave Pat attends the party. He takes two jewels and rubs them together to light a rose bouquet on fire. Everyone claps as the mansion, and Regigilled, go up in flames.
Pat the Hapless returns home and claims all the parties have been successfully attended. However, Patrick says he only did one day's worth of parties, and still has many more for them.
The other Patricks attend various parties: Pat the Hapless goes to the Bureau of Bureaucracy, Pat-Tron goes to a barn dance, and Cave Pat visits a funeral. As Pat the Hapless is stuck at a party, being abused by the guests, he watches Patrick's show, where Patrick tests mattress and eats pies.
All of the other Patricks come in and want to host the show while Patrick attends the parties instead. A crowd gathers to watch the ensuing fight, so Squidina sets up a boxing ring and makes it part of the show. As the others attack, Patrick is too distracted by the pie, sending them bouncing off of him and back to their respective dimensions through the time closet.
After the fight, Patrick explains that he has a better way to attend all the parties: shredding himself into various mini-Patricks with a cheese grater. Squidina watches in confusion.

Trivia[]
General[]
- This episode was paired up with "Tattoo Hullabaloo" during the original American airing, but has since been re-airing with "Much Tofu About Nothing."
- Like the SpongeBob SquarePants episode "Don't Make Me Laugh," this episode was aired unannounced with several TV guides listed "Tattoo Hullabaloo" as a solo premiere.
- However, unlike the former, this episode was announced by crew member Eliza Herndon, fives hours prior.[4]
- This is the first episode written by Aaron Springer since "Hello Bikini Bottom!" in packaging order and "Squiditis" in production order.
- Aaron Springer writing an episode featuring a barbarian character (Pat the Hapless) is reminiscent of his failed Adult Swim pilot Korgoth of Barbaria.
- Pat-Tron's design is slightly different in this episode. His head now has visible, blue-tinted glass behind it, rather than simply showing the background. This design is also used in "Time to Eat."
- Pat-Tron digging into the ground after spinning is the same thing Cecil does in "Tying the Klop-Knot."
Episode references[]
- Pat the Hapless attends a party at the Bureau of Bureaucracy, where Bobby Babbington and two of his employees are seen. Bobby has an eyepatch, referencing when he gets hit in the eye with a staple in "The Patrick Show Cashes In."
Cultural references[]
- Incidental 153's swirl as she bounces on the bouncy house is a reference to Daffy's swirl as he slides around the "That's all Folks!" sign from the 1937 Looney Tunes cartoon "Porky's Duck Hunt."[5]
- Pat the Hapless dabs when he serves as a guest at Bobby Babbington's birthday party at the Bureau of Bureaucracy.
