Synopsis[]
The episode starts with Incidental 14 delivering mail to the Star house. While opening the mail slot, she gets her hand stuck inside Patrick's mouth while pulling him out. She throws Patrick and he lands inside the house after Squidina opens the window. Patrick gets mail inside his mouth and goes through the letters, and opens one of the envelopes to find Klaus. Klaus asks to know what happens inside someone's body. Squidina wheels Cecil into the room, and Cecil gives Patrick the idea to go inside him. Squidina tells Patrick that he needs to shrink down, which Patrick does as he goes through a hallway. Patrick enters his dad's body through an opening in his feet.
Patrick, now inside Cecil's body, is excited by the scenery, and touches a button on an elevator to find Rube, who says that he knows Patrick's name because Cecil always says it whenever he stubs his toe. Rube asks Patrick where he wants to start, and Patrick says to start at the top and continually head down. A reaction inside Cecil is caused by the elevator, resulting in him stubbing his toe and saying Patrick's name. Patrick and Rube start at Cecil's brain, finding a labyrinth of tubes that Cecil's ideas flow through. They then find the brain office, finding Silly, Confused, and Hungry, which illustrate Cecil's feelings. A bomb comes in to show Cecil remembering something, which is his job at the Undersea Space Agency.
Patrick and Rube next explore Cecil's brain-to-muscle impulse board. Patrick messes with the plugs, resulting in Cecil going out of control with his mopping. Cecil is praised for his speed, so General Grouper asks Cecil's boss to send him to astronaut training. Back inside the body, Patrick and Rube ride the optic nerve to Cecil's eyes. Patrick goes through the lights inside him, resulting in Cecil seeing Patrick while attempting to read the letter chart. Patrick and Rube next explore Cecil's mouth and lungs, the latter of which resulting in them showing up inside a machine as Cecil does a lung test.
A disco party then happens as Patrick and Rube explore Cecil's heart. They then explore the liver, in which the bile causes Patrick's face to turn into that of Bill Fagerbakke, his voice actor. Rube blasts open a path to Cecil's stomach, in which Bunny's waffles are shown inside. Cecil spinning around in a tilt-a-whirl results in him needing to vomit, so he quickly heads into a restroom, which is being blasted into space. Inside his body, Patrick and Rube are sent flowing up by his stomach acid. With the rocket being in orbit, Cecil falls inside a toilet and is sent flying towards the Earth, landing inside the house.
As Cecil lands, Patrick and Rube fall out of him. Squidina blows into Patrick to get him back to his normal size. Cecil notices Rube, still shrunken down, and Rube goes into his mouth, to end up inside his body again. Patrick tries to explain to Klaus that he witnessed Cecil's body, but he notices that he is gone. It is revealed that Klaus is in Cecil's body, with him and Rube dancing in the disco party inside Cecil's heart.
