The Next 100 Episodes is a SpongeBob SquarePants DVD set that was released on June 4, 2019[2] and it contains all of the episodes from seasons 6, 7, 8, and 9.[3] This is the sequel to The First 100 Episodes DVD that was released in 2009.
The discs contain all of the same content from the DVD sets of seasons 6-9. They include no new special features. The cover art is reused from the SpongeBob SquareShort Film Competition and SpongeBob Fan Shellabration.

The cover illustrates the SpongeBob SquarePants logo with "THE NEXT 100 EPISODES" underneath in big sponge-like font. "THE NEXT 100" is in yellow, and "EPISODES" is in white. SpongeBob represents the first "0" in "100." All of the main characters are jumping out from the sides, in addition to several of the animated supporting characters: Mermaid Man, Barnacle Boy, Larry the Lobster, and a group of jellyfish. - Despite the title, the DVD set includes a total of 104 episodes, which they stated on the back.
- There are 16 discs in this DVD set, which is two more than The First 100 Episodes DVD set having 14 discs.
- Unlike The First 100 Episodes, where all of the discs had a unique menu screen to signify it is part of the 100 Episodes DVD set as well as combining multiple episodes even if they cross into another season, this DVD set simply repackages the Seasons 6-9 DVD sets with the only difference being the DVDs have new artwork to match the box set. Thus, all DVDs will feature the normal menu from their respective season, and no discs will ever cross into another season like the first box set did.
- "Patty Caper" counts as one episode and "Plankton's Regular" counts as another episode.
- "SpongeBob SquarePants vs. The Big One," "Truth or Square," "The Clash of Triton," "SpongeBob's Last Stand," "The Great Patty Caper," "Frozen Face-Off," "A SquarePants Family Vacation," "Ghoul Fools," "It's a SpongeBob Christmas!," "Hello Bikini Bottom!," "It Came from Goo Lagoon," and "SpongeBob You're Fired," "Goodbye, Krabby Patty?." are all counted as double-length episodes.

Errors
- Even though "Squid's Visit" is 116a and "To SquarePants or Not to SquarePants" is 116b, disc 2 has the opposite (116b and 116a).
- Season 6 episodes aren't listed by production order, and not even by air-date order.
- This also happens on The Complete Sixth Season.
- In the episode selection on disc 4, the image for "Overbooked" is not from that episode. The image is actually from "Porous Pockets."
- The image is shown twice on the episode selection on discs 3 and 4.
Confused babbling.
- In the episode "One Coarse Meal," when SpongeBob and Pearl both say, "Huh?," the closed-captioning refers to it as "(confused babbling)."
- This also happens on the Complete Seventh Season.
- "The Way of the Sponge" is mistakenly listed as "The of Way of the Sponge," adding another of to the title.
- "InSPONGEiac" is listed as "InSpongeiac," not capitalizing some of the letters.
- This also happens on The Complete Eighth Season.
- "Face Freeze!" is listed as "Face Freeze," missing the exclamation point at the end of the title.
