"The Krabby Patty Chronicles: First Date" is a SpongeBob SquarePants SpongeBob Gold short. In this short, Flipper falls in love with Felicia.

Synopsis
Flipper starts talking about his relationship with Felicia, as he is not used to talking with girls. When talking to her sometimes, he feels anxious and runs away. However, in a presentation he has to give to a small group once, Felicia happens to be there. Flipper's comfort in the presentation helps him in talking with Felicia after it.
This results in a date, in which they talk about things such as missing Bikini Bottom, Flipper's new friend Jagger, him being afraid of dogs, and even play hide-and-seek with some kids. The rest of the date takes place in a theme park, where Flipper and Felicia do things like taking part on some strip performers' act.
At the end of the day, Flipper is satisfied enough with the date to ask her to marry him. However, a loud traffic goes by and she does not hear him, so they say "goodbye" to each other.
Trivia
- In the Italian dub, there is no background music between the scene where Flipper and Felicia meet in the Central Park and the scene where they play hide-and-seek with some children.
