Exterior
It appears as rusty and old and kind of beat up. A sign is shown in front of the place saying "Welcome To The End Of The World! Cafe and Gift Shop". It also appears to be located by a small water tower.
Interior
The inside looks pretty much like a regular cafe. It also has some western-theme to it. It is run by a clerk whose name is unknown. Also, Patrick Not-Star first appeared in this place, where he explains to SpongeBob that games are about fun. It only had one appearance so far and might not have any other appearances. Patrick Not-Star may live close by the shop.
