Incidental 64, also known as Incidental 64Swimwear, Incidental 64Baby, Incidental 64Ghost, the brown fish, the ghost diver, and Ghost Pirate B, is an incidental character who first appears in the episode "Pickles." His incidental type is currently unknown.

He is a light jellybean-shaped olive green grouper with dark olive green lips, dark olive green stripes on his back, and a pale green dorsal fin. He wears a yellow-orange shirt. In his older appearances, his lips and dorsal fin were colored olive green like his skin and his dorsal fin had a black outline instead of its default olive green outline. In his even older appearances, he had oval-shaped eyes with no bags under them, no lines on his feet, and 2 stripes on the back of his head instead of his revised design's 3, he also had a visible belly button.

Incidental 64 is a very commonly used incidental character in the series, he has had many notable & speaking roles as well as minor and non-speaking roles. He also has a "Baby" suffix variant that has made a few appearances throughout the series. He has even been portrayed as a prisoner a few times throughout the series. He was firstly designed to be a Krusty Krab customer.

He later appears at Dead Eye Gulch at the Krusty Kantina as one of the cowboys singing "Dead Eye" with Pecos Patrick.

He later appears in his boatmobile where gets into an accident from the truck that was blocking the road on the freeway, which also causes several other citizens to get into accidents as well.

He is also seen suffering from the heat on the beach which causes Patrick to make him an umbrella made out of goo to help keep him cool.
