Tentaclees the Serpent Slayer is the great-great-great-grandfather of Squidward Tentacles. He appears in The Patrick Star Show episode "Backpay Payback."
Description[]
Tentaclees is a muscular turquoise octopus with flowing blond hair beneath a gold headband, a slightly wrinkly nose, and a large chin. He wears a light brown shirt with golden accents and shoulder guards, golden wrist guards, a golden belt with a pink shell buckle, and a brown fur skirt. He is shown beating up a large purple serpent, which relates to his title of serpent slayer.

Granny Tentacles shows Squidward a picture of Tentaclees as an example of toughened relatives within the Tentacles family tree, with Tentaclees stating he slayed a hydra before grabbing Squidward's nose and getting slapped by Granny.
Trivia[]
- He is a reference to Hercules, the Roman God of strength with a history of slaying serpents. Tentaclees' comment of slaying a hydra specifically refers to Hercules' battle with the Lernaean Hydra, part of the God's Twelve Labors.
