Description
He looks like Squidward, but he wears a dark green shirt and a red hat with a lime green rectangle on it.
Personality
He appears to not be very happy with his job.
Role in episode
He appears when Squidward is depressed about living in Tentacle Acres. Squidward hears the groundskeeper's reef blower and thinks it is SpongeBob. The groundskeeper leaves a note on the reef blower stating that he is "back whenever," and Squidward takes the opportunity to play with the machine.
