Plot

Squidward has waken up to watch his favorite show, Fab and Fancy, on a channel called Bikini Bottom Public Access, but all of the sudden, it's canceled and replaced with a new show called "The Guitar Lord". Now Squidward is upset until he finds out from the host that the channel will accept any TV Show. Then, at the Krusty Krab, Squidward is waiting for the time of his show: 5:00! Now Spongebob thinks Squidward is talking about baskets, so Squidward earplugs SpongeBob with Krabby Patties and talks to himself. It's now 5:00. Squidward runs out of the door to his house. His new show is called "Squidward Chat". Spongebob is watching TV at his house and finds Squidward on the screen. SpongeBob runs over to Squidward's house and interupts. He talks with Squidward for a bit, and leaves. Squidward tries to continue, but SpongeBob brings Patrick over and says he's on TV. This makes Patrick run to his house and look at the TV. He doesn't see himself. He runs back and asks why SpongeBob lied to him. Squidward tells Patrick that he has to be in front of the camera to be on, so he goes up to the camera and sticks his body parts in the camera. A old woman sees this, and says it is gross. Spongebob and Patrick start to ruin the show, until Mr. Krabs finds out and then he jumps to the screen and advertises the Krusty Krab on Squidward's show. Sandy sees Mr. Krabs dancing, so she jumps in too, and she dances. Pearl thinks she can do better, so jumps to Squidward's show. Then Plankton sees this, and jumps in with his He shoots all over while Sandy and Pearl dance, Mr. Krabs advertises and SpongeBob and Patrick wreck havoc. Then Squidward asks, "Is this some kind of house warming?" Larry the Lobster and all the Bikini Bottomiess come in and Larry asks, "Did somebody say a house warming?" and then that's the end of Squidward Chat. Now they replace it with "Squidward's House Party" and the host isn't Squidward, it's everyone's favorite band fish The Guitar Lord! And best of all, Squidward can't sleep!

Note

• It was all Spongebob, Patrick, Mr. Krabs, Sandy, Pearl, and Plankton's fault. They all ruined Squidward Chat on purpose and they think it's a game. Reply: They never actually said anything about thinking it was a game. They probably wanted to make it less boring.

• "Fab and Fancy" may be a reference to House Fancy.
  • Showing the 'exotic pets' portion, the last snail shown looks like Gary but with jewlery, a crown, and purple eyelids.

• Uselly it's squidward being rude, but here it's everyone else being rude for ruining squidward's show.
• This is the fifth time Patrick plays drums. First was ,"Band Geeks", Second was "The Camping Episode", Third was "The Inmates Of Summer", Fourth was "Krabby Road".
• It's easy to feel bad for Squidward in this episode as his show he made for his and other people's enjoyment was ruined by everyone in Bikini Bottom. It could seem like everyone but Squidward (and Gary) is an antagonist. Or it could seem that Squidward is an antagonist. The other 537 probably thought that Fab and Fancy and Squidward Chat was too boring and they liked Zeus the Guitar Lord and Squidward's house party even more, and they didn't want Squidward to show something that they didn't enjoy, so they kicked Squidward out so that he couldn't ruin their fun. They probably prefer line dancing, cheerleading, and lasers over boring talk conversations about underappreciated art. Mr. Krabs, Sandy, Pearl, and Sheldon probably wanted to make the show more interesting.
• If you look closely, you'll see two of the self-portriats are in two different spots in the house at two different scenes. Also, a few self-protraits were the same used on Squid's Visit and Not Normal.
• At the end, Squidward could have just went down and stopped the loud show.
• When the man from the TV station comes, Nat Peterson can be seen behind him as well as next to Squidward at the same time.
• It seems strange and kind of wrong that Squidward was kicked off of his own show.
• Several people weren't working out even though Squidward was the only one kicked out of the house.
• This is the 4th time the self-portrait of Squidward as a clown is shown. The 1st time was in "Not Normal", the 2nd one was in "Gone", the 3rd time was in "Squid's Visit", the 5th time was "I ♥ Dancing.
• When SpongeBob winked, it was a referance to Sandy Aharleinseinchesster from the show George Lopez, SpongeBob did the pretty girl face.
• When everybody runs in Squidward's house gets chubby cheeks, but later when Squidward gets kicked out the chubby cheeks are gone.
