"Tentacally Speaking" is a Hawaiian track composed by Sage Guyton and Jeremy Wakefield. It is an upbeat cue including a ukulele, a steel guitar, a vibraphone, and whistling as the instruments being played. This track seems to be semi-associated with Sandy and Squidward. Nowadays, this track is mostly associated with SpongeBob and Patrick, although it is still occasionally associated with Squidward.
The steel guitar and vibraphone is played by Jeremy Wakefield. The ukulele is played by Sage Guyton and the whistling is played by Guyton and Wakefield.
