Teen 5,[1][2] also known as Waiter A, Waiter B, Waiter C, the waiter fish, and the violinist, is a "Teen" incidental who first appears in the episode "The Chaperone."
Description[]
He is an olive green anchovy with blond hair, who wears a dark gray tuxedo and pants, black shoes, a white undershirt, and a black bowtie.

He is normally portrayed as a high school student but has also been commonly portrayed as a fancy waiter in many episodes as well, taking the appearance as either Waiter A, B, or C. He is the most commonly used male "Teen" incidental, having the most appearances in the main series.

Waiter C serves Mr. Krabs and Mrs. Puff while they are on a date. Waiter A and B also join Waiter C in escorting Mrs. Puff to her limousine as a request by Mr. Krabs.

Waiter C is seen serving Incidental 9 and Incidental 60 at a table while SpongeBob runs away from Flats the Flounder.
