TeenNick (originally announced under the spelling TEENick) is a television channel geared toward pre-teens and teenagers. It started out as a block on Nickelodeon on March 4, 2001 before becoming its own channel on September 28, 2009.

Sometimes, TeenNick airs reruns of SpongeBob SquarePants and other currently airing Nickelodeon shows. SpongeBob SquarePants has occasionally aired on TeenNick from 2017 to 2019, and it aired regularly on weekdays at 6:00am from May 10 until July 9, 2021.

Trivia

• TeenNick is a merge of two teen-oriented blocks, TEENick on Nickelodeon and The N on Noggin.

TeenNick's former nighttime block, NickRewind.

• An overnight classic programming block, named NickRewind, formerly aired on this channel from 11:00pm to 6:00am. The block showed reruns of Nickelodeon programming from the 1990s to the mid 2000s. The programming block ran from July 25, 2011 to January 31, 2022.
