Teddy "The Sucker" Tentacles is the gangster cousin of Squidward Tentacles. He appears in The Patrick Star Show episode "Backpay Payback."
Description[]
Teddy is a wrinkly turquoise octopus with black bushy eyebrows and a mole on the right side of his face. He wears a black hat with a white ribbon and a striped black suit with a white undershirt, a light purple tie, and a light purple handkerchief in the suit's breast pocket. He constantly sucks on a brown pacifier, which is how he earned the moniker of "The Sucker."

Granny Tentacles shows Squidward a picture of Teddy as an example of toughened relatives within the Tentacles family tree, with Teddy sucking on his pacifier before spitting at Squidward, making it fly into his mouth.
