Tattoo Terry, also known as the tattoo thug and Thug 4, is a minor character who first appears in the episode "No Weenies Allowed."
Description[]
He is a muscular, hunchback, green fish with a missing tooth and a large forehead. He has two dark green spots on his back and a light green spiky dorsal fin. On his right arm, he has a purple seahorse tattoo. He also has black hair and wears red shorts with a vertical black line on each side. Thug 4 has the same appearance as his normal variant.
Names[]
Tattoo Terry is the only generic name the tattoo thug has been given in the franchise. It was used for a tattoo covered tattoo thug in The Patrick Star Show episode "Tattoo Hullabaloo."
Role in series[]
Tattoo Terry appears in a few episodes throughout the series so far. He is normally portrayed as a basic muscular fish character that can be usually seen among other muscular characters. After his appearance in "Krusty Krushers," he is absent from the series for 11 years until the episode "Shell Games." He was firstly designed to be a patron at The Salty Spitoon.

He is one of the fish standing by the pool table at the Tough Tavern, and one of the fish whom Plankton tries to recruit to help him steal the Krabby Patty secret formula.

He is seen as part of the biker gang that chases SpongeBob and Patrick for knocking over their motorcycles.

He is seen getting a manicure at Mel's Man Salon. He first happily gazes at his manicure and then destroys it shortly afterwards.
