Didn't Cletus appear in that one episode when Spongebob was spam advertising for the Krusty Krab? Patrick turned into a traffic cone, and I believe it was Jordan Klein who turned to him and said, "You see that Cletus? That's a pink traffic cone." Jak Himself (talk) 04:52, March 15, 2015 (UTC)
