The sweet old lady is a character who first appears in the episode "Super Evil Aquatic Villain Team Up is Go!"
Description[]
She is a light purple fish with light blue hair, pink lipstick, and black glasses with blue lenses. She has a pair of gold earrings and wears a gray frilled dress, a gray hat topped with a purple bow, and a pair of white heeled boots with three dots on the sides. She moves around on a red mobility scooter with a gray basket at the front.
In "Super Evil Aquatic Villain Team Up is Go!" and "Biddy Sitting," she does not use a scooter and is bright pink.
In "Squid's on a Bus," her mobility scooter has a different design; it now has a black seat, bamboo handlebars instead of metal ones, and a brown basket in place of the gray one.

"Super Evil Aquatic Villain Team Up is Go!"[]
She appears at Shady Shoals Rest Home and argues with the other old lady about dancing with SpongeBob.
"Bulletin Board"[]
She first appears enjoying her meal at the Krusty Krab, and Mr. Krabs encourages her to tell everyone how she thought of her meal. She replies that she will tell them in her will, and Mr. Krabs goes to harm her when SpongeBob stops him and brings out the bulletin board, causing the lady to return and knit a review on the board.
She then appears at the end of the episode where she gives SpongeBob, Patrick, Squidward, and Mr. Krabs knitting lessons.
"Squid's on a Bus"[]
When Squidward throws a pillow out of his bus, it hits Incidental 24, who turns around and believes that the sweet old lady threw it. He throws another pillow at her, knocking her down and making her throw it back in retaliation, leading to a large pillow fight.
"Biddy Sitting"[]
She appears in a knitting circle with Incidental 49, Gramma, and the bakery fish. When SpongeBob and Patrick interrupt them, the cashier notices some dirt on their faces, and the old ladies spit on their handkerchiefs and clean the two.

- She is the first one to make a note on the bulletin board.
- She is very skillful at knitting, as she can write a whole review with it in just a few seconds.
