  • This is the fifth regular episode to be longer than the usual 11-minute runtime. The first is "Shanghaied," the second is "Back to the Past," the third is "Feral Friends," the fourth is "Squirrel Jelly, and the sixth is "Handemonium."
• This is the first 16-minute episode of season 12 in production order. The second is "Handemonium."
• This episode was meant to air in Russia on October 19, 2019, but was replaced with an airing of "Plankton's Old Chum" on accident instead, according to Nick Russia.
