Sub Zero Hero is a SpongeBob SquarePants online game.
It was released in 2009 to celebrate SpongeBob's 10th anniversary.
Gameplay
SpongeBob is trapped in an ice box and must run to escape before he turns into a block of ice. As SpongeBob is slowly running, the player can move him around in different directions by using the left and right arrow keys. To jump, press the up arrow key. While doing this, the player must try to keep SpongeBob warm by touching the heat vents and collect floating hot chocolates. The player has to keep in mind that there are ice drops falling and snowballs coming at SpongeBob as well. If SpongeBob touches these cold things, it makes him colder and slowly forms a block of ice. The player can help SpongeBob avoid all of the obstacles by using the arrow keys. If SpongeBob gets even colder, an alarm starts going off. The game ends when SpongeBob is completely frozen in a block of ice.

- On the game over screen, it originally shows an advertisement. The ad says "Enter the Code practice to unlock Training Mode in Jingle Brawl now live only at Nick.com/Games." However, this advertising is outdated and if clicked on, the page says that it no longer exists. Recently, this advertisement has now been removed from the game.
- It is possible that SpongeBob became smaller when he got trapped in the ice box or that the ice box is much bigger than SpongeBob.
