Description[]
He is a light pale blue muscular fish and has a light blue dorsal fin. He wears a black and white striped jail outfit. He has a five o'clock shave and wears a hat the same color as his shirt.

Sticky Fins Whiting is seen escaping the Bikini Bottom Jail when SpongeBob meets him. He hops into a car with SpongeBob and decides to use SpongeBob's naivety to steal from various stores, such as a jewelry store and an electronic store. Unfortunately for him, Sticky Fins gains various injuries from SpongeBob's rampant driving.
Instead of trying to resist imprisonment, he directly runs into solitary confinement, pleading to be kept away from SpongeBob forever.

When Patrick is bragging about how many trays he can eat to the prisoners, Sticky Fins dares him to eat 100. The other prisoners begin placing bets. Patrick succeeds in eating the trays, and Sticky Fins loses the bet, crying that he has to pay the prisoners his bail money.

Find a Missing Star[]
He, Dorsal Dan, and the Tattletale Strangler are hired by Karen to bury a bomb near the Krusty Krab as part of an elaborate plot to blow it up as a gift for Plankton, and kidnap Patrick due to witnessing their bomb planting. SpongeBob and Squidward discover the criminals' hideout within Mount Climb-Up-And-Fall-Off and are quickly captured.
After realising that the bomb will blow up the people attending the mayor's party, Karen commands Whiting and the others to defuse it but they refuse, with him stating that the bomb will go off soon. Soon after, Whiting and the other criminals leave their cave hideout and are blown up by the bomb flung by Plankton's invention.
