"Steel Licks 43" was composed by Jeremy Wakefield. It is the forty-third segment of the numerous "Steel Licks." It features a short steel guitar lick being played and it plays in many episodes, starting with season 6. Starting with "Restraining SpongeBob," this steel lick has been replaced by "Hot Steel and Slide Licks 19."
