Description
The state officer is a tall, slim, orange fish with a light peach-tan underside. He wears a full suit like most business owners do, and his suit has a dark blue tie. He also wears thin, black glasses. He appears to have a chin and also has dark green fins and hands.
Role in episode
The state officer first appears when he notices that the Krusty Krab and the Chum Bucket are within 100 yards of each other. He then asks for both owners, Mr. Krabs and Plankton respectively, to decide which restaurant needs to be moved. The pair thinks that he is going to tear down one of their restaurants.
