Synopsis[]
SpongeBob is reading in his house when Patrick knocks on his door and asks him to meet his cousins. Curious, SpongeBob goes outside and meets Patrick's four cousins, Ed, Happy, Tiny, and Billy. The reader can then use their imagination to draw what Ed, Happy, and Tiny look like. SpongeBob sees Billy's outfit and comments that he is a sheriff, but Billy corrects him and says that the "badge" on his chest is actually Pinny, Patrick's smallest cousin.

- The comic's name is a literal pun on the term "star-studded cast," as all of the characters in the comic (sans SpongeBob) are starfish.
