Squidward's soufflé is a dessert made by Squidward Tentacles in the episode "Naughty Nautical Neighbors." It later makes a cameo in "Lost and Found."

Description

The soufflé is a light brown dessert that is decorated on top with a mini Squidward replica wearing a crown and sitting in a bamboo chair, with a palm tree behind him for shade. A small table is placed beside the chair, with what looks like a plant on top of it. Last but not least, a tiny guitar is lodged inside the soufflé, not too far off from where the Squidward replica is sitting.

It looks like a small island and even has a picture of the ocean at sunset with clouds to go behind it for decoration.

Role in series

"Naughty Nautical Neighbors"

Squidward is planning on peacefully enjoying this freshly baked soufflé until he notices Patrick and SpongeBob playing between their backyards. He uses excess liquids from his soufflé to upset and ruin the friendship between them.

Squidward later eats his soufflé outside. However, after laughing at Patrick getting smashed by his rock, he starts to choke on his fork.

"Lost and Found"

It is seen in the Krusty Krab lost and found to the left of the three cymbal-clapping sea monkeys.

Trivia

  • A bubble version of the soufflé is seen in "Atlantis SquarePantis."
  • When Squidward chokes on his fork while eating the soufflé, it drops on the ground and leaks a purple liquid.
  • Squidward's soufflé could not have logically stay in the Lost and Found without becoming spoiled.
