The Squidrannosaurus Rex is a minor character in The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge Out of Water. He first appears when Patrick takes Plankton's time machine for a joyride, accidentally thinking it was a photo booth (which the machine was made out of). Patrick returns to the present and the dinosaur does a short rampage. Later, during SpongeBob's execution he then says that he thought his people were primitive. It makes it's final appearance in the movie at the Krusty Krab eating a Krabby Patty.
