Squid Van Hammerschmidt is the director of the karate film and an alternate version of Squidward Tentacles. He appears in the video game The Cosmic Shake.

Description[]

Like Squidward, he is an octopus. He is gray and has a nose and four legs. He wears a blue shirt with a blue hat.

Role in game[]

While SpongeBob and Patrick explore the Karate Downtown Bikini Bottom, he is seen as the director of the karate film. SpongeBob and Patrick interact with him and filming the karate movie. He then wakes up SpongeBob, saying that the explosion gave him a concussion. He says that the SpongeBob in the karate movie was fantastic. He was setting up the next scene for the karate movie as SpongeBob, Patrick, and Sandy head back to the Bikini Bottom.
