Characters[]

Synopsis[]

Squatch Swap 062

The campers meet Stompy.

SpongeBob and Patrick, dressed as seasquatches with big feet, are stomping around in the forest with Sandy. They are leaving tracks to attract a seasquatch, but Sandy is convinced they are imaginary. SpongeBob photographs things he thinks are seasquatches, but cannot find any. Suddenly, they see a real one walking past. The three follow its tracks, and Sandy casts out SpongeBob to catch it. SpongeBob names the young seasquatch Stompy, and the three play around in the forest. After swinging on vines, they all fall in some mud. Stompy's parents come out, and SpongeBob and Sandy run away. Sandy grabs the Stompy, mistaking him for Patrick, and Patrick gets taken by Stompy's parents.

Squatch Swap 129

Patrick with Stompy's parents.

Back at camp, SpongeBob tries to show his picture, but his camera is just full of mud. He still does not realize Patrick is not with them. Back in the forest, Patrick is fed baby worms by Stompy's mother. At camp, SpongeBob is getting ready to undress "Patrick" for a shower, but cannot take Stompy's "fake feet" off. Meanwhile, Patrick tries to scratch his back with coral, but gets covered in urchins. The seasquatch family pick each other's backs. Plankton serves Stompy lunch, and he eats him.

Stompy's parents toss Patrick into the air, and his father accidentally throws him into a waterfall. Patrick's kelp and costume come off, revealing his true identity. His dad realizes that he is not Stompy and the seasquatches get angry at him. When SpongeBob and Sandy arrive after a seahorse ride, they see Stompy's parents wreaking havoc around camp. Patrick climbs Perch's watchtower to get away, and Sandy and SpongeBob finally realize the difference between Patrick and Stompy. Stompy goes back to his family, and they leave together. Patrick then chases after his "parents."
