He is SpongeBob SquarePants in a form of Frankenstein's monster.

He walks into the room and sees that Dr. Plankenstein and Pat-gor are fighting over what to watch on TV. To fix the solution, SpongeMonster breaks the TV in half using his brain, resulting in Dr. Plankenstein and Pat-gor getting electrified. He then turns The Patrick Show! back on for Pat-gor.
