SpongeBob SquarePants Cheez-Its were an officially licensed SpongeBob SquarePants food product originally released in 2003. They were a special edition variant of Cheez-It crackers and were produced by Kellog's under the Sunshine Biscuits brand. A new version of the snack was released every year until 2008, when they were discontinued. The crackers themselves were designed to be shaped like SpongeBob's face and torso, with four different facial expressions. 12-pack boxes of the crackers were also made, which contained twelve bags of the snack of a smaller quantity. A special version of the box was released in 2004 to promote The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie.
