SpongeBob SquarePants 2021 Happy Meal toys were licensed minifigure fast food toys released by McDonald's in late February 2021 worldwide and April 2021 in the United Kingdom. There were 10 figures in total sold in Happy Meals. The toys were made to promote the series. The toys were released in the United Kingdom in late April 2021.[1]

There are two different versions of the 2021 toys. The toys that are worldwide are the same as the ones in the United Kingdom are different then the worldwide toys. The United Kingdom also has two different versions.
Production[]
There have been many commercials released for the toys, such as the United Kingdom commercial where clips from "Gone" and "SpongeBob's Big Birthday Blowout" were shown.[2]
There were also commercials where the toys would release worldwide.
Later, before the release of the toys, McDonald's posted two advertisements for the toys on Facebook.
They released a clip for a Happy Meal box character drinking a soda watching TV as the water was soaking into SpongeBob's pours as they were then advertising all ten toys to collect.[3]
They subsequently posted an advertisement on Facebook for the release of Patrick with his house and Squidward with his house.[4]
