SpongeBob Doppelganger is an anthropomorphic sponge that resembles SpongeBob, hence his surname. He would have appeared in "Dunces and Dragons," but was scrapped, possibly because of the running time. He is still featured in the animatic version of "Dunces and Dragons."

Trivia

Despite being removed from the actual episode, SpongeBob Doppelganger is still listed in the end credits. He was voiced by Rodger Bumpass.
