SpongeBob: As Told By is a digital media series of shorts focusing on the SpongeBob SquarePants cast retelling their favorite episodes using puppets. It is hosted by the voice actors of SpongeBob, Patrick, Pearl, Mrs. Puff, Karen, and Sandy Cheeks.

Production[]

Photos from the production were revealed by cinematographer Matt Braunsdorf on Instagram.[1] Vincent Waller confirmed that it would be a short-length[2] special segment made with Tom Kenny and Jill Talley, telling the story of one of their favorite episodes,[3] "Pizza Delivery."[4][5]

Description[]

"AS TOLD BY brings together the cast of SpongeBob to tell the story of iconic episodes as best as they can. Alongside these less-than-accurate retellings are hilarious recreations of the episode using incredible hand puppets. Each episode will feature SpongeBob cast members recounting episodes, clips from the original show, and IRL Puppet reenactments embracing all of the nautical nonsense SpongeBob has to offer!"
