SpongeBob's name tag is a tag which identifies SpongeBob SquarePants and first seen in the episode "Help Wanted."
Description
SpongeBob's name tag is light blue in color with a green border, a dark blue anchor, and red letters that spell SpongeBob's first name.
In "Thank Gosh It's Monday," it looks about the same as it usually does, except it has no border around it and has thick red lines above and below the name.
Role in series
The name tag is first seen in the episode "Help Wanted," in which Mr. Krabs grants it to SpongeBob as a welcoming to the Krusty Crew.
It is next featured in the episode "Missing Identity" when SpongeBob loses it and needs to find it before the Krusty Krab uniform inspection begins. However, it turns out that his pants were on backwards the whole time, preventing him from finding it sooner.
