Throughout the routine, SpongeBob and Patrick are seen at SpongeBob's bedroom as they go down to the Goofy Goober's Ice Cream Party Boat where the song takes place there are four floors with each of them being Goofy Goober-themed with Larry, Squidward, Mr. Krabs, Plankton, Mary, Sandy, Mrs. Puff, and Goofy Goobers making cameos.
There are many Realistic Fish Heads also surrounding the camera, saying "Happy Birthday."
