SpongeBob's Big Birthday Special was an event held on July 17, 2020 to celebrate the show's 21st anniversary with an 8.5 hour marathon leading up to bonus extras of "SpongeBob's Big Birthday Blowout," the American premieres of "Boss for a Day" and "Pineapple RV," and ending with the special Cake My Day! as a "birthday surprise."
