Synopsis[]
The short starts with SpongeBob wearing his long pants, while everyone at the Krusty Krab is amazed. The Narrator explains that everyone wants to look their best, and the options are endless. It switches to many kinds of kids (jumping in mud, one putting on sunglasses, others in uniform, a person putting a glove, a girl in traditional clothes, and a random person with a horse head) as the narrator explains that sometimes, our clothes have a purpose. It switches to the Great Barrier Reef with many kinds of fish and keeps switching to many types of them as the narrator explains that in the Great Barrier Reef, there are some of the most diverse animals on the planet. He explains because of the animal's environment, they have very functional outfits, and sometimes, there used for survival. Then it switches to a scene from "Safe Deposit Krabs" to Pearl saying "Oh my god" and SpongeBob saying "I know". Then, it changes to SpongeBob coming out of the shower and changing into his clothes and the narrator says that an example of an animal is the Nudibranch. He explains that they are part of the sea slug family. The narrator says that they have some of the most extravagant colors and patterns of any living creature. Even though they can be quite noticeable, they keep predators away with a foul-smelling toxin. Then it switches to Plankton getting captured by an animal at the pound.
The narrator says that another stylish surprise is the pufferfish, but its not the fastest fish in the sea. Then it switches to a scene from "SpongeBob LongPants" to Mrs. Puff saying, "Look your doors, bar your windows, its the end of the world!"
