He looks like a traditional cartoony sailor, with a white hat and wide eyes and black shoes. His design is also very similar to Popeye's.

He and Leilani get shaken all around during Bunny's performance. Then them, along with all of Bunny's other tattoos fall off and run away.

Bunny loses him after he ends up on Reg's skin.
