- "Truth or Square" and "SpongeBob SquarePants vs. The Big One" are counted as double-length episodes; however, "Truth or Square" is counted as 6 chapters on this DVD due to its length, so it's chapters 10-15 on disc 2.

Errors
- On the cover of disc 1, the side with the picture from "Suction Cup Symphony," Patrick's bow tie doesn't have the part that goes around his neck.
- Even though "Squid's Visit" is 116a and "To SquarePants or Not to SquarePants" is 116b, disc 2 has the opposite (116b and 116a).
- The Thai cover has the face SpongeBob made from "Dumped," but that episode is not in Season 6.
- The episodes on this DVD are out of order. This also happened in Season 6 Volume 2 and The Complete 6th Season.
- Instead, the episodes are in the order they are on the season 6 compilation DVDs.
